3.34.0 fails to install on Windows 10 when OpenTodoList is running.

The installer starts with uninstalling the old version but upon starting the installation, it immediately fails with

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files\OpenTodoList.\bin\OpenTodoList.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,

Retry to try again, or

Ignore to skip this file.

I noticed, though, that all files in C:\Program Files\OpenToDoList still exist after uninstalling.

Then I noticed, that OpenTodoLis ist still running. Maybe the error message could be rephrased to point to this possibility or the installer checks, if a process is running.
