Revive CMake support - Snapcraft

This is a follow up of #325 (closed):

Currently, the Snapcraft build still uses qmake. We shall use this issue to:

• Migrate it to cmake.
• If possible, set up a CI (see here).
• We could even use this to push to the Snap store from our CIs!
