Cannot create a webdav account

Hi Martin,

thanks again for the continous releases and imrpovements! Since the introduction of accounts, it is not possible for me to create a new account. (Windows and Android) After I have entered the login data and click on "OK" nothing happens.

The already existing accounts (from version 3.18) are shown and can be edited though.
