Improve the todo drawer

The current implementation has several issues, that should be addressed:

• Cannot use swipe left/right of the swipe delegates for tasks.
• The content does not resize to the size of the drawer.
• Inconsistent behavior when using back button while drawer is open (closes todo list page).
