When adding a new todo, add option to directly set a deadline/reminder and tags

This would be a nice feature, especially on Android since for me it's fairly rare that I add a task without also setting a reminder at the same time. This would minimalise the amount of clicks to do this, since I otherwise have to add the todo, then go into the todo to add my reminder. It would be a better user-experience in general. :)

PS. Also pretend the icons don't have the wrong background. :D That was since I just copied your icons from a open task, and then it was a gray background and not white.
