Make translation of the app easier by integration online translation tools

Currently, translation of the app to other languages is kinda difficult and requires having special tools installed for the job locally.

Maybe it would help to integrate online translation services like POEditor. In particular, this would allow users, who otherwise won't contribute, contributing to translate the app.
