Settings page: Close button has no effect

As reported here: https://github.com/mhoeher/opentodolist/issues/80

The close button in the settings page currently is not working. One can still go back using the "arrow" button. We either should fix the button or - which probably is preferred as it is more in line with the style of the rest of the UI - remove it entirely.
