Synchronization Fails When Using Remote WebDav Folder to Centrally Hold Todo Libraries and Lists
Use case here is simple:
- a central location (remote WebDAV folder) for all data files,
- multiple local hosts that can modify common Todo list
I started fresh: OpenTodoList software was uninstalled from all PCs. Local cache files and settings were removed from local user's AppData folder(s) Remote WebDav folder was cleared of any OpenTodoList folder and .otl files At that point, my setup was as if it had not seen OpenTodoList before.
Then I reinstalled OpenTodoList on two (2) user computers.
Started the OpenTodoList on the Computer A. Went to Account, added WebDav account and entered all the credentials. Next I created a New Library on that remote WebDav folder. Last I created a bunch of Todo Lists and I added a single Todo to one of the Lists. Last I forced manual synch, which according to Sync Log went fine.
After setting the first PC, I went on to repeat the setup on the Computer B. Went to Account, added WebDav account and entered all the credentials. Next I added the already existing Library. That populated all the Lists. The Sync Log showed no errors. However, it did NOT added that single Todo that was entered on first PC.
And that's where I am now.
Is the software capable of syncing multiple hosts with a single Library? Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug?
