Add LD_PRELOAD feature for tracing

If a user wants to trace instrumented functions (with lttng_ust_cyg_profile_*:func_* events), then liblttng-ust-cyg-profile*.so needs to be LD_PRELOADed. There might be a way to do it through the launch action(s), so it needs a bit of investigation.
