permission issue with new hideshop command

As of now anyone can hide any shops, there are no limits. And if im not clear on the first sentence i meant that anyone can sabotage each other's shop with /searchshop hideshop since it doesnt check if the player is hiding his own shop or some others shop which he should'nt have perms on . Hope this is clear!
