Adding QoL updates to the install script to avoid confusion

There's no set standard for CLI questions that are simple Yes/No. That being said, it is common to see the format "[y/N]". Where the capital letter is the default option.

However

We have a lot of new people using the script (new to YAMS, new to Linux, new to CLI, etc) and being involved in the chat the last few days has shown that this is a common pitfall. These updates make it explicitly clear which option is the default in order to avoid confusion
