Plugin is not compatible with poetry >2.1.0

When upgrading to poetry v2.1.0, stopped getting versioned packages. I had opened a ticket with poetry and the net result was that the plugin needs to provide a backend to support this. we opted to switch to poetry-dynamic-versioning
