fix(core): support owntracks ios

The Owntracks iOS app publishes slightly different location messages than the docs suggest and the iOS config type is slightly different than the Android cfg.

This PR makes some proactive changes to the config and location types to align with the objects observed from connecting an iphone to the IoT Core broker.
