Address compiler warnings - mostly misuse of defmethod where defun would be more appropriate but some bugs fixed that the warning spam was hiding. As a result of the defmethod/defun change, naming now needs improving in some cases. Move gui into its own system ready for updating to modern GTK+. Update INSTALL to reflect better use of Roswell.
