Gitlab-ce repository not working for RedHat EL 9 based distributions

Hello everybody,

I am running a gitlab-ce installation on Almalinux 9 which is a EL9 derivate. Additional to that im getting the email notifications regarding available updates. I was surprised that no updates were found when I checked the updates on the system via the installed repo.

So I searched and found out that the repository is only supported with updates for EL7 and EL8 but not for EL9.

I now changed the gitlab repo file from EL9 to EL8 and the updates were found and I was able to install them.

My Question is: Is this a mistake? If yes then please be so kind and take over the patches and updates for EL9 into the repository.
