Unable to run rake db commands
Whenever I attempt to run any rake db commands (migrate, drop, create, etc.), I get the following error:
$ bundler exec rake db:create | grep irc-log
rake aborted!
ActiveRecord::NoDatabaseError: FATAL: database "irc-log-explorer_development" does not exist

If a database has already been setup, it works fine, but I'm going to be introducing some new tables in 0.8.7 so I have to fix this.
