support for postgres

Thank you very much for this excellent tool! During playing around with importing stuff, I patched builder.rb to be postgres compatible (see the attached patch 00_fix_sql_for_postgres.patch). I think, you'd rather prefer this to be configurable... any idea about how you would prefer this to be done?
