Comments/Notes and attachments not imported

Hi, i am new to Git so sorry if this was the wrong place to post!

i am importing from JIRA v7.9.0 to Redmine 5.0.1 (your docker) after several trials and errors i got it right the process was completed and attachment files copied. but in Redmine, the imported issues do not show the note tab (until i add a new note) and no notes/attachments are shown.

i hope you can give me a hint on how to solve this. also status is always the trackers default "New" but that is mentioned in a issue#2
