they were saying to uncomment stuff for jessie, but they *are* for jessie, so just uncomment them already. also, don't advise using sudo in just one place when it's actually needed everywhere

Enforce strict mode, switch to node because we depend on node-legacy on debian based systems because of node-gyp and non-debian based seem to use node as the command anyways

Added fallback to mime encoding check. Not sure about performance on this, but it gets to something more accurate.

- Added command line arguments for file uploads
- Added command line arguments to override mime or force binary

Highlighting on paste is yet to be implemented.
