Use folder as data dirs

Currently, /mnt/stacks and /mnt/bitcoin is used as data directory.

I feel that a folder is better, thereby it is easier to zip and share the directory or delete the content.

Use /mnt/stacks/xenon and mnt/bitcoin/testnet
