Code dump from 2020-11-20 from Rigol source.rar extracted from the VM image.

Starting point was commit  7ad8e602

 (xilinx_devcfg: Fix "sync word" messages, Thu Dec 19 14:41:08 2013 +0100)
from the xilinx Linux kernel repo v2013.4. Files copied with `cp -d -r` to
preserve local permissions (Rigol initially copied the files from a
windows host into the VM, so all files where executable).
A copy of drivers/usb/Kconfig named '\'*, was removed before the import.
