Rolls do not render in chat

Core: 0.8.8 System: dnd5e v1.4.1 Module Version: dice-so-nice v4.0.7
Description: Foundry 8.8 D&D 5e 1.4.1 2 active modules (also tested this with only Dice so Nice Enabled)
- Rolls don't seem to render in chat when the module is enabled. When - disabled the previous rolls display in chat.
- Unable to open "My Dice Settings"
- Inlive rolls are not shown in chat
- no 3D dice are rendered
