OUYA controller: re-connection fails

OUYA controller seems to fail on re-connection. Tried on a Linux machine and it is still flaky on Linux. I found that an LE packet is exchanged just before having good re-connection on Linux. Don't know yet whether that LE packet is part of the protocol.
