ABrowser for Android is dead

There hasn't been a release on https://github.com/proninyaroslav/abrowser-android in almost a year, so I consider this project dead. A web browser without security bug fixes in >2 months is a risk for all the users.

Should we try to push uninstall it for F-Droid users or just remove it?
