Make the sequence number available in internal gate datatagrams [REVPI-4752]

Store complete gate datagrams in struct SRevPiCore instead of multiple single attributes. This does not only clean up the code but also makes the still missing attribute 'sequence number' available for both gate datagram requests and responses.
