.bin convertion and showdata command bugs
Good afternoon all,
I am running bert throught msys64. I create a new project from a .bin file (extracted from a SYSCAL with PROSYS). Measurements were performed in Pole-dipole configuration and the binary file groups both de forward and the reverse datasets, with the topography. Below the binary and the converted .dat files :
I try a showdata after project creation and i have the folowwing message :
bert.cfg: ligne 2: Data: : commande introuvable
bert.cfg: ligne 3: Saving : commande introuvable
C:\ProgramData\Anaconda\lib\site-packages\numpy\lib\function_base.py:4033: RuntimeWarning: Invalid value encountered in median r = func(a, kwargs)
Traceback (most recent call last):

The fisrt two lines are do to uncomment lines in the resulting .dat file. I fixed it manually adding '#' at the beginning of lines 2 and 3.
But the rest of the error message is quite enigmatic for me. I tried the same dataset without topography -> still this error message. Finally a run a showdata command with an example given with bert package and it works. Have you ever heard about such a problem? Can you help me to fix it?
Regards,
Angélie
