Terminate in CEM modelling

Pardon for interrupting!

The 'tetgen' modelling processes would be teminated when CEMs cross the anomaly-cube, such as the figure as shown as follows: I wonder how to deal with this kind of problems, so that the whole model could be successfully modelled? Futhermore, when running the 'tetgen' command, it is reported that:

!!! 2 input triangles are skipped due to self-intersections.
Writing mesh/len_skipped.node.
Writing mesh/len_skipped.face
Writing mesh/len.1.node.
Writing mesh/len.1.ele.
Writing mesh/len.1.face.
Writing mesh/len.1.edge.
The input surface mesh contain self-intersections. Program stopped.
