go seems to fail to include runtime/cgo

This error message pops up at the test in alpine. It seems to be an alpine issue.

Tried several fixes and none work.

I'll stand-by for now to see if this gets fixed in the near future.

One alternative fix is to use go's alpine image directly. Not for now.
