Adding command from attackview

Issue Behavior

Adding remove troops command from attackview dosent work. When it do work it dosent work on every attack, just a few of them and then i stops working again.

Steps to reproduce

Adding command to remove troops before a attack dosent always work. I'm running testversion av overflow
