Auto recruiting spies

Expected Behavior

After you own 20-30 villages and you are at war, constantly training spies becomes a burden. They die so often after you spy your enemies or enemies trying to spy back at you. Basically all day long I train spies. A feature to auto train lets say 3 spies in each town would be great.
