Please disable telemetry for the F-Droid build

Hey,

I assume this is the repository the F-Droid build. Right now the build leaves Mozilla's own telemetry enabled for production builds. You can disable that at build time. See app/build.gradle of Fenix.

Having buildConfigField 'boolean', 'TELEMETRY', 'false' should be enough. Thanks!
