Never Remember History (Always Private Browsing)

This isssue was created to request a feature to "never remember history" in Fennec.

Problem

Currently, if Fennic is force-killed, it re-opens without having forgotten everything.

There is currently no way to force Fennic to forget everything

Solution

I think the best solution to this problem is to have a setting titled Never Remember History or Always Private Browsing, which disables the browser to be able to open tabs that are not "Private tabs" (so all tabs are "private tabs")
