[TT] Topic vote count on own submissions are not hidden

Steps to reproduce:

1. Submit a new thread to Tildes
2. Wait for someone to vote on it
3. Go to the "comments" section and you will be able to see the current vote count if "Hide Votes on own submissions" is enabled.

Expected result:
User should not be able to see the vote count on their own submissions.
