Fix overuse of encodeURIComponent

An overuse of encodeURIComponent caused usernames with no spaces to be unwarnable. Removing the encodeURIComponent from all API calls (i.e. everything with $.post) should work.

Update: This issue seems to extend with any character that can be encoded by encodedURIComponent, including but not limited to +, /, \, [, ], , and others.
