RedWarn placing newer warning above older warnings

Expected Behavior

When warning an user RedWarn should place newer warnings under older warnings

Current Behavior

RedWarn places the newer warnings above older warnings without using line breaks.

Possible Solution

This seems to be caused by having a new section placed in between the warning edits.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to User talk:Sandbox for User Warnings
2. Give any warning using RedWarn
3. Make any edit which places a new section, personally tested QT's and Twinkle's welcome function
4. Give another warning
5. Observe result
