Automatically select an appropiate protection level when choosing an option.

RedWarn currently doesn't have many preset options so this isn't a problem, but perhaps it would be helpful to automatically select a protection level based on the rationale. E.g., you wouldn't request interface admin protection for vandalism. RedWarn would automatically select the appropriate level and possibly display an indicator inferring that it is the "Recommended" protection level.
