Onboard rt_tests_sanity and self_tests for rt kernel, rt-devel will soon merge with mainline,  it's even more important to add more coverage for RT upstream testing.

This ticket is done when:

• Test wrapper is enabled in kernel-tests repo
• Test is config is added to kpet-db to enable in pipeline
