wifi: ath12k: fix unbind operation

ath12k driver to handle new WiFi 7 devices by Qualcomm was already enabled.
This MR includes the necessary fixes to able to unbind and use the workaround to allow working from VMs (https://gitlab.com/jtornosm/jtornosm_tools). Final development for that is being long and could require firmware support.
