Summary of Changes

Set CONFIG_VFAT_FS=m in the kernel-automotive configuration to make VFAT a loadable module. CONFIG_FAT_FS has a dependency on CONFIG_VFAT_FS. Hence, CONFIG_FAT_FS needs to be set as a loadable module.
