Using UI with elements from the Default causes missing GroupInfo elements

The default UI is dynamic, but the plugin defaults the SETTING for dynamic UIs to false. This causes issues when using elements from another UI with no GroupInfo ini setting.

Investigate whether DynamicUI should default to true to account for this or whether there is a better way to detect if you are using elements from a different UI (or a better way to place GroupInfo elements).
