1. Fixed issue Chatwiththisname brought up that would cause it to spam loot actions over and over again.  
2. Added the ability to do looting during raid.  /AutoLoot raidloot [on|off] -> Toggle raid looting on and off, the default is off.
3. Rewrote item actions such as /autoloot barter/sell/deposit to make the code cleaner (at least in my own opinion).
