build(xu4): remove useless uboot-xu4 package and mdev init add

- uboot-xu4 package is not needed anymore as it's handled now by recalbox-odroidxu4_defconfig
- init script added: S10mdev to try to resolv the "Missing /dev/input/eventX" error
