      Use // comment style · 1c442473

      I have been using a mixture of `/*···*/` and `//` comments, generally using the
      former for Go doc, and the latter for in-code comments, but I dislike the way
      that `go fmt` inconsistently leaves an unindented comment of the form

          (left margin)
      	v
          /*
          This is a comment
          */

      as is, but converts an indented comment of the form

          (left margin)
      	v
              /*
              This is a comment
              */

      to

          (left margin)
      	v
              /*
                  This is a comment
              */

      Yes, I could write unindented comments as

          (left margin)
      	v
          /*
              This is a comment
          */

      and `go fmt` would leave both indented and unindented as is, but I find it
      wrong that `go fmt` will always "fix" indented comments (always inserting a
      tab, and even reducing multiple tabs to one) but not unindented comments
      (though it does reduce multiple tabs to one). To prevent myself being
      inconsistent, I will use `//` comments exclusively as I write new and refactor
      old Go.
