Incorrect camera url when using manual remote access

Another issue with this is, that when I use remote access, OctoApp seems to still want to use the camera URL specified within OctoPrint. This however is obviously not possible any more, since accessing 192.168.151.62 on a network other than my home network is not going to work (well it might work, but I certainly won't see my camera there).
The easiest solution to this might be to add an override field to the manual RA page where the user can specify an alternate camera URL to use.
