Track waypoint times are off by an hour

Version: 2.5.3.b130 (f78b0053, build 130) Android Version: 7.0 Timezone: EET (UTC+3)

I just recorded a track with two points (shortly after recording another track, to workaround the issue of using a lingering previous point as the first point). A few seconds after stopping the track, I go to the track list and see the track listed as "1 hour ago". I exported the track and looked at it with an editor. It has the following times:
