On Wayland, extensions that detect if windows are touching top bar or dock take ding as a window
I recently upgraded my system to Ubuntu 22.04 and started to use Wayland. I way always using two extensions - Dash to dock, and Transparent Top Bar to make everything transparent when no window is maximalized. But since I started using Wayland those functionalities stopped working - bars are behaving like when a window is maximized.
I have found this bug report - https://github.com/lamarios/gnome-shell-extension-transparent-top-bar/issues/9 and can confirm that the ding is at fault here
When Ding is disabled, everything works fine But with Ding enabled: On Xorg everything works without any issue
Is it possible to fix this on the Ding side, or is it just how Wayland works and ding is just treated as a fullscreen window?
