Unable to run .desktop icon placed on desktop

Simply add an icon to my desktop from ArcMenu and double-click the icon to launch the app but only open editor.
The permissions on that file are correct and will work correctly in other desktop environments.

The screenshot is the desktop that are added the icon of Gnome Terminal
