Remove the Figlet or move to the JS port

I'm running a bunch of servers on an 8GB SD card and I'm trying to remove most dependencies. The server crashes if figlet is not found. I'd recommend leaving this to the NPM package figlet or removing it entirely to keep the codebase small and stable.
