enable ability to link to filtered search results in Find Support section

sometimes i would like to link to all organizations in DFAK/CiviCERT that provide x service or speak y language. unfortunately in the Find support section https://digitalfirstaid.org/support/ when you filter the list it doesn't change the url. if there was a way to have such a link (could also be "share" link or something), that would be very nice <3
