lineageos: port and maintain official support for the Samsung Galaxy E5

Summary: Port LineageOS (previously: CyanogenMod) for the Galaxy E5.

It has 4 variants:

• codename e53g: model SM-E500H
• codename e5lte: models SM-E500F and SM-E500M, the latter with two versions - a single-SIM sold in Mexico, and the other dual-SIM sold in Brazil, also known as SM-E500M/DS. I happen to own this last one specifically.

I got to the point of building a flashable ROM of Lineage 14.1 for the e53g but with modifications to support 4G/LTE and dual sim. But I can't actually test it since my smartphone display is broken.

In the end, I'd like to support the latest Lineage 15.1 and future versions, with a recent kernel.
